If it had been 22 people, it would have been 1 in 1000, or 0.1%. It’s just a bit less.

The problem might not be #dead, but #sick enough to be hospitalized. That can be multiples of the #dead, representing a whole lot of pain, fear and suffering, with lasting results (including multiple organ damage) without actually being prompt fatalities.
I'd be concerned.
These people need the HCQ/Zinc/Zpack, pronto.
