Synopsis: Due to outdated international law (1967 Outer Space Treaty) Trump administration to work with other like minded nations to settle on a new agreement called the "Artemis Accord" going forward to place bases and industry on the moon and other celestial bodies. NASA administrator Jim Bridenstine pokes Obama in the eye.

What do we need an accord for? We are the only nation who is been there, we should just go back and clean it all, the entire moon, for ourselves. Give Land grants to American companies that one and can begin operations on the moon within some near term deadline. Let’s keep the moon, screw the rest of the world.

(Too long, didn't watch) Because China is already building a fleet to get to the moon and control space blocking us and all others from resources and energy so we need a "Space NATO". Canada, Japan, and European countries, as well as the United Arab Emirates possibly interested in joining us for the trip. We would like to invite Russia along but since they've been rough housing within the designated Swimming Area we aren't taking them out in the boat.

Despite the risk of losing face for being capitalist, we must consider that China, if they don’t block us by commanding the high ground first, is likely to start dropping into the same craters to gather the same resources and will most certainly experience many “accidents” injuring us and like minded nations in the process. Forming a working group between nations here and now to deal with Chinas claims when they inevitably try to go to the UN tomorrow gives us a head start in correcting outdated law.

Good idea for ‘replanting’ the DEEP STATE that needs relocting.
‘We’ can make the Moon our version of France’s Devils Island or Englands Australia.
Land a group, leave plenty of supplies to build a town and railroad and tell them the new ‘fresh’ batch will be there in a month and will be deposited at the end of the line...and keep going till we circle the moon.
Think Russia ‘settled’ Siberia using that method...
Maybe we should work on not hitching rides on Russian rockets before we claim ownership of space.
