Thanks for posting what many of us are doing re Smithfield owned by the Chicoms.

We gave up our favorite Smithfield product: Pork tenderloin with bacon on the top.

We bought a local pork tenderloin and grilled it with local pepper bacon bits; seasoned with ground sea salt/ground pepper and a friend’s private olive oil.

It was actually too good, with zero left overs.
