I looked at the video again and see that he didn’t run by because the guy with the shotgun not in the cab apparently blocked or hindered him, beginning the fight.
The person who filmed it was apparently someone who was following him under the idea he was a thief. May have been in cahoots with the shotgun toters. Not known.

Perhaps you should watch the video again. Watch it multiple times the way the jury will be viewing it. Listen for gunshots. Where were the involved persons located at the time of each gunshot? What were they doing at the time of each gunshot?
ARBERY ran to the right of the truck and upon arriving at the front of the truck exercised a 90 degree turn to the left and INITIATED the physical encounter with the man in front of the truck. Arbery was NEITHER BLOCKED OR HINDERED. He could have simply continued running straight and not turned to initiate the physical confrontation.
