Agree, and good luck explaining it. Getting out of a truck and aiming a shotgun at jogger in the street isn’t a reason for the jogger to defend himself around here.
From my perspective that's the actions of a desperate individual . Lemme ask ya, if someone pulled up and suspected you of committing a crime, and they had a shotgun, and were giving you commands to put your hands up and or that they were putting you under citizens arrest, would you run 20' or so right at them and attempt to disarm them?
