I did not see what you see in the video.

I see the runner runs on the right side of the truck, then at the guy with the shotgun.

The guy in the back of the truck does not have a shotgun.

The first shot goes off in front of the truck. It is screened by the truck, but it appears the runner is very close to the man with the shotgun.

Here is an image from the video, about the time of the first shot. The head and foot to the left of the truck are of the man with the shotgun.

I am not sure if you can see the runners foot by looking under the truck, but he is clearly in front of the truck.

Yes. The guy with shotgun seems to have instigated the encounter between himself and the runner.

The decedent was at the rear of the Truck, then proceeded along the passenger side of the truck and then turned left in front of the truck and attempted to disarm the person with the shotgun. Pretty simple.

You might agree, but from my perspective, this was certainly not the actions of an innocent jogger. Again, if someone armed pulls up and directs me to put my hands up, and or tells me they're placing me under citizens arrest, the very last thing I would ever do is run 20 feet at them and attempt to disarm them.

Those are not the actions of a normal innocent person out for a jog.
