(Once upon a time, in a different life, I remember briefings of a similar nature. One thing that stuck with me was that even in the 90’s, we were told that China was the future threat, and that that their threat level would become ‘mature’ around 2020. Go fig...)
I think I recall four years ago they were using Hillary Clinton and David Petraeus case studies as examples of the insider threat but the Clinton campaign raised a stink and they had to stop. Officially.
In the long run, Operation Paperclip got us to the moon first but with those brains came a culture. . .and that culture contaminated everything thing it came in contact with.
