"We are getting more indications that arrests are coming soon. Q tells us this will send a shock wave around the world."
It seems Q has said the arrest will "send shockwaves" and the truth will "shock the world". To say the coming arrests will send a shock wave around the world is conflate the two.
That is all I was trying to get straight in my mind.
