Folks there was NOT a post that says an arrest will shock the world. “Shock the world” was in other drops, but none pertaining to an arrest. This is another Anon trap that people keep falling for. This may be what you are thinking of combined with the “shock” drops:

You need to go back and look at drop 3848 from 2/8/20
It does state that ‘the first will send a shock wave’.
It is in relation to arrests
