Huge difference between a normal self defense situation vs going to war.
Revolver is fine for personal defense but not for the end of the world situations.
I am speaking from the standpoint, the average person would be much more likely face a carjacking or some crack addict sticking up a convenience store than a real SHTF situaion.
Although your point is valid, any gun is better than no gun in any situation....
