Yep this is true. To be honest, what Cuomo is doing to the elderly is planned extermination. He wins by getting rid of these people in 2 ways. 1 it lessens the medical financial burdon of the state to keep these people alive. 2. It gets rid of pensioners that just wont die! Its either that or he is seriously retarded.
