LOL. That's exactly what I was thinking. If the median IQ is 99, wouldn't half (not a third) be below that?

But, I'm not exactly a mathematician, so maybe I'm missing something... Then again, she doesn't sound like a mathematician, either.

If the median average IQ is 99,

That might be a mean average. Still, half below that number, half above.
