After what you see him do on tape this time, killing a man who was being detained for forgery, do you think maybe he was capable of doing something wrong in the shooting death of the Native American? So, maybe they didn’t investigate him enough. At the least, if someone has multiple complaints against them, (some of which he received verbal reprimands for), should it not at least be considered that they be taken off the streets and given a desk job?
