Were he a CEO doing this all the tine day in and day out at all hours on company time for any major firm in America either incessantly, or staying up to 1 am or 2 am doing it, particularly under the official company brand, they would either have an intervention or the Board would likely outright fire his butt. (My experience in major companies at least. Others’ mileage may vary.) just sayin.
