Roberts has demonstrated he is against judicial activism. He avoids making decisions based on political bias which could be a good thing.
The problem is he wont help remedy an abuse if he can find an argument he even marginally agrees with not do so.
Leaving him only reliable to help with clear constitutional violations.
Roberts turns out to be one of the worst appointments
