Just checked....local SA news website, KSAT, not even mentioning this, not the defending of the Alamo that Texas Patriots did.
But, they are keeping Wuhan Flu/Covid numbers alive, on their headline story.

I’m amazed we didn’t see this in Houston already, or Dallas.
Way too many concealed carriers ariund these parts (I’m 3 hours northeast of Houston) it seems they’d know people around here CAN own guns... I carry (legally) in my vehicle. You have to be legal owner of both firearm and vehicle, and it must be concealed. We also have a “stand your ground” law, and I think a “castle” law.
The downside is right now ammo shelves are mostly bare. 3 days ago Academy had none at all for pistols and only a few boxes of uncommon stuff for rifles. Plenty bird shot for 12 and 20 gauge, that’s about it. I’m hoping they restock soon...

Amen! I’m so tired of hearing all the media calling these thugs protesters. Protesters march, carry signs, chant slogans, etc. Thugs destroy property, attack people, set fires, assault the police, block highways, and loot.
