Yes, but that was when we actually believed that enough good people could read and believe the U.S. Constitution to undo the damage that POS caused. That that were more people who CARED than didn’t give a rat’s ass. That good WOULD prevail eventually. That most people knew the right things to do and would do them. And that those who gave their lives so we could enjoy our freedom did NOT die in vain. sigh
