If ever a city deserved it more. I’ll take that back. At least they elected Guiliani twice. Chicago on the other hand has had nothing but sewer filth for governance for generations culminating in the current I-don’t-know-what-to-call-it monstrosity.
Detroit was just a test run. A precursor. The entire states of New York and California are going the way of Detroit.
I didn’t see it, but there is a movie called “Escape From New York”, I think.
