Yes and you are misreading it based on commentary spinned by yellow journalists. There are also other reasons which have been discussed by some of our other military freepers.

BTW National Guard troops whose use of which Milley approved of in his letter are US DOD Reserve Units (Federally funded). Don’t buy Muriel Bloviator seriously. Also look at the threats China has been making.
