As noted up thread I have made a number of formal filings of my Floyd findings about the Minnesota PD “body cam” footage explicitly showing the “Park Police” officer with gloves on & off in a 2 second time frame and summarized here: https://m.imgur.com/a/UwLUT8s

Included in that effort (ala “Q” how does evidence get introduced legally) I filed a formal complaint with the FCC in regards to CBS #FakeNews coverage of same as well as submissions to other relevant federal agencies.

Surprise I just got a very quick response to my formal FCC complaint which reads as follows:

Thank you for your submission. Your complaint provides the FCC with important information we can use to develop policies to protect consumers, remedy violations of the Communications Act, and encourage future compliance with the law.

Please follow the link below to a consumer guide that includes relevant information on the issue you have raised.

As such, no further action is required by the FCC. Your complaint was closed as of today.

Thank you for your submission and help in furthering the FCC’s mission on behalf of consumers.

Complaints About Broadcast Journalism

The FCC receives a wide variety of comments and complaints about the accuracy or bias of news networks, stations, reporters or commentators in how they cover – or sometimes opt not to cover – events. Other complaints concern the conduct of journalists in the gathering and reporting of news.

The FCC’s authority to respond to these complaints is narrow in scope, and the agency is prohibited by law from engaging in censorship or infringing on First Amendment rights of the press. Moreover, the FCC cannot interfere with a broadcaster’s selection and presentation of news or commentary.

What responsibilities do broadcasters have?

Broadcasters may not intentionally distort the news. The FCC states that “rigging or slanting the news is a most heinous act against the public interest.”
What if I have comments or concerns about a specific news broadcast or commentary?

All comments and/or concerns about a specific news broadcast or commentary should be directed to the local station and network involved, so that the people responsible for making the programming decisions can become better informed about audience opinion.

What can the FCC do?

The FCC may act only when it has received documented evidence, such as testimony from persons who have direct personal knowledge of an intentional falsification of the news. Without such documented evidence, the FCC generally cannot intervene.

One might question what this desk jockey seems “evidence” and whether alleged Minneapolis PD “body cam” footage might qualify or not .. but ...

However ... after I submitted that formal complaint I then directly emailed Ajit Pai and IG for FCC. I presume the person who processed my complaint (in record time!) doesn’t know that lol. I did not receive any follow-up from any of the relevant federal law enforcement agencies I also reported to the day before. So it’s all now known and formally submitted as hopefully helpful to facilitate “Q” team introduction to record facilitating their follow-up (at least that was my intention)

I also noted last night that AG Ellison is now telling media he can’t release “body cam” footage, no longer because he said it was too graphic but, he now says, it is now under F_I

ThankQ + WWG1WGA :)
