Is this what we are witnessing? The predictions of Revelation playing out before our eyes? My heart is breaking for America and the world as a whole.
Um, no. The Cambodian’s were an almost complete agrarian society that had already suffered through a vicious period as an adjunct to the Vietnam war. Pol Pot was a full-on stalinist and insane (probably the same thing). The Khmer Rouge were promised that they would inherit the ancient Khmer lands and glory. The peasants, intellectuals, and professionals had nothing but their pride, and the clothes on their backs. Nothing to fight back against the KR.
While we here are going thru some disturbing and sometimes frightening events, only the few we see on the media are truly insane, including the media itself. The rest of us are proud Americans and exceptionally well armed. Stay calm (and keep your powder dry).
Load mags and be prepared for it, when it comes full-scale.
We have to keep perspective on this.
The media is fanning the hysteria. Left-wing politicians are fanning the hysteria. All of this comes on the back of a nationwide lock-down for another hysterical event - the Wuhan flu.
This too shall pass. The choices for the nation could not be clearer moving forward and many important stories in the news have been put on hold in the midst of the current hurricane on the airwaves (like China, the flu, #spygate, etc).
Everything is magnified by the lens of the media and the punditry class. Don’t believe the “polls”. Don’t believe that the mobs represent a majority of Americans. They do not even represent a majority within their own cities. The American people do not want chaos and this is especially true outside of deep blue cities.
For every action there is a reaction. There was no national debate about what the officer did.... it was condemned by all, but this is no longer about that and the insanity that has ensued will create a backlash of epic proportions.
