Reid: Bundy's 'domestic terrorists'

04/18/2014 06:19 AM EDT Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid slammed supporters of Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, calling them “domestic terrorists.”

“These people, who hold themselves out to be patriots are not. They’re nothing more than domestic terrorists,” Reid said Thursday at an event hosted by the Las Vegas Review- Journal.

The Nevada Democrat said he had spoken in detail to Attorney General Eric Holder, FBI Director James Comey, Secretary of the Interior Sally Jewell, as well as the Clark Country sheriff.
