Just finished reading the brief by Sidney Powell. The silver lining is that the country is going to be discussing the 5th Grade Civics lesson on Separation of Powers. The “Resistance” Judge Sullivan is making an assault on the Constitution in his argument.

Though there really isn't a controversy, not even the smattering of one, the intellectuals who run the country have driven this case so far off the rails that it wouldn't surprise me if the Court of Appeal rules either to send the case back to Sullivan with an Order to Dismiss (which he can then waste more time) or sends it back to Sullivan to continue feeding Flynn to the lions.

Flynn must be exonerated in a Court of law so that he can participate in government again, protect himself with firearms again, and maybe go after the Obama Coupsters in a Civil case.

Good summary and why I think this kabuki theater will continue as long as “ protectionism” of those who perpetrated this sham can be protected.

Who knows maybe they are waiting to see if Barr/Durham “ prosecute” anyone close to the origins of this..

Wouldn’t surprise me that , this is also in play for this obvious theater..
