‘Back in the day’ that (usually) meant that she was high strung, nervous or just a ‘biatch’ with the sure cure being her getting laid.
BUT it would be a topic of conversation amongst a bunch of Military types of the same or close paygrade and the ‘subject’ could either be junior or senior.
It would be a bunch of guys sitting around a bar discussing the ‘biatchy’ bar maid/waitresses etc etc etc.
BUT it was not the type of message one would leave on an ‘open’ answering machine or even leave a flyer in a xerox machine that specified what she ‘needed’.
IOW, say it and let it be, if dumb enough to make it a public record then one must stand by for the consequences.
Really surprised the LIBs got their panties in an uproar over this particular remark when a sitting CongressWOMAN can refer to and call the President of the United States a ‘MuvaFlocker(sic)’ and not have anyone from EITHER party really GAF.

Take care. I’m getting tired of being cooped up. We’ve had
rain all day and predicted for tomorrow also. I did get out
for a few minutes to get some tax papers. Tomorrow is
showing off/on so maybe won’t be too bad. If raining I
may just go to Wally world and walk around a bit.
I keep losing track of what day it is. I am trying to split my trips into east side versus west side so I get out two days instead of one. I hate the masks. I don’t really look around, just get what I need and go.
