Question for everyone: If you have our CCL and you see this guy getting clobbered, what should you do? Possible answers:
1) Look the other way
2) Try to warn them off with your gun
3) Fire warning shots
4) Shoot to injure
5) Shoot one person in center of mass
6) Shoot all of them if they don’t quickly scatter
It’s not easy, considering that as you go down the list, the possibility of your life being flipped upside down increases greatly.

Then see what the situation then requires
It’s Texas. If your going to shoot, shoot them all. You might as well shoot them all dead and drive away too because your going to get charged weather your in the right or not.
Knowing what we know about the victim, the correct answer is: 7.) get out of the area and keep my gun at the ready in case the savages attack me. There is no point in helping the victim here who would probably testify on behalf of the perps.
