...Strict adherence to the 10th Amendment must be re-established. I've come to the conclusion that the 14th pretty much wiped out the 10th. By giving the Federal Government the power to determine what is equal protection or not it opened up a can of worms that the purveyors of cosmic justice can pursue endlessly and have.
