This particular meme is remarkable for the fact that I needed to do nothing at all to the face of the original image. The fantasy artist supplied a remarkable likeness. I only colored the hair, added a hand and the "Book of Lies" -- her shillelagh of choice.
Apparently the original art is of a druid with the elf ears. The original pic had a all-brown eagle. I stuck a bald eagle's head and tail on it so he symbolizes America and Kayleigh's boss, President Trump.
I also added the little terrier, a hat tip to alloysteel who once likened Kayleigh's style to a feisty terrier.
