In a statement to the IndyStar, Niccol said the company has a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination and the manager involved in the incident has been suspended.
“I’ve personally reached out to Darius and I’m committed to ensuring the appropriate action is taken once the investigation concludes,” Niccol said.
The 24-year-old athlete on Thursday said he was kicked out of a Chipotle in Florence, S.C., and he thought it was because he is Black.

Note this is from the indy “red” star which has outright a socialist sympathizer rag but showed NO pictures of the destruction and vandalism of the city after the protests. But they did show all the wonderful urban art on boarded up windows.

It sounds like somebody in his group of 4 or 5 people started an argument with another customer. Maybe that general disruption was the reason.
You have to really work at getting kicked out of a Chipotle’s. The customers are there because they like the Chipotle products and style of service. It’s usually a fast moving though jovial atmosphere.
If some minor tiff throws the pace of service off, the managers want to quickly resolve the issue. All the customers are in one line going clockwise.
If one person starts some static with another customer, it throws everybody off.
Well at least he wasn’t set on fire or shot in the arm as the kkk/proud boys kept shooting at him.
Has the DOH-j dispatched their crack team of investigators yet?

If he was thrown out.. IF, it was due to some bad behavior like most of the time when blacks are kicked out of some place.
Whites who act like trash get removed from places all of the time.
Prepare for it. The CEO of Chipotle will go on TV to make an emotional apology. He will close all stores for a day to reeducate employees.
