My ‘real’ cat will look up an yawn IF he recognizes my calling him. UNLESS food is involved then I usually try to ‘sneak it by’ them.

My other one will normally break into a trot when I call him then after a few strides ‘remembers who is in charge’ and sort of sidles over and head butts whatever he is close to on me.

Her mama is a Torti, she is a straight calico. Her mama was violated the day before we were going to have her fixed and out came Nala And her Siblings. If you saw the two side-by-side you would swear the calico was the mother, because the calico is threeTimes the size of her mom.
