The way it works is a letter stands for another letter. For example: AXYDLBAAXR is LONGFELLOW (does not apply to today's cryptogram).
Beware, the game is very addictive. If this is your first time, don't be intimidated, youll be solving them all within a few days. If youre stumped, take a break and return to it.

You can then work on the puzzle without using pen and paper, but I recommend that you do NOT look at the letter counter.
One last request. Feel free to post a fun or clever clue, the more tangential to the quotation the better, but please dont put the actual words of the quote in the clue.

A rather intimidating CG at first glance, from the Arkansas Democrat Gazette, until you happen upon word #18 that gets you in the door, and low and behold it gives you a couple more letters from word #10, and from then it’s ramming speed all the way home.

Wu hu! There are 4 go-to words I use whenever I see a 4 letter contraction and, for once, I picked the right word right off the bat.
