Fireworks. Hot dogs. Rod Serling. Some things just go together on the 4th of July.

This 4th of July weekend, chill off indoors with a Twilight Zone marathon. We have hand-selected more than 80 of your favorite episodes of the original 1959–64 series. The weekend-long Decades Binge of the bizarre starts at 12p ET | 9a PT on July 4.

Tune in to see beloved, bewitching tales like "Nightmare at 20,000 Feet," "It's a Good Life," "The Monsters Are Due on Maple Street," "The Hitchhiker," "To Serve Man"… and dozens more!

It all begins with the classic "Time Enough at Last" where a badgered bank teller dreams of being alone — until his wish comes true.

Rod Sterling made TZ the classic that it is with his commentary.

Orson Welles was the first choice to host the show, but he turned it down.

I will watch some. I like Twilight Zone.

I feel like we’re living in a Twilight Zone world now.

I liked the French production of a Civil War story. Also wonder if you'll get to see some famous actors in early roles like this one, lol.

Wonder if they will have episodes with other pre Star Trek actors in them, lol (in addition to William Shatner)?

I’m tempted to put “I got off at Willoughby” on my urn.

My faves are

The Hunt

Two

The Hitchhiker

I hate "It's a good life" with Billy Mumy who sends people into the cornfield. Gives me creeps.

“The Shelter” is my personal favorite.

Liberalism in a nutshell!

Leonard Nimoy was in two episodes, I think. The woman who played DiPong, the Vulcan matriarch was in at least one.

Don't. remember seeing "Scotty," "McCoy," "Uhura" or others.

Sadly, many of those left have gone anti-Trump.

Rod was a paratrooper in WWII and wore his jump wings on a bracelet the rest of his life...

The original version of the cancel culture. Think what I want you to think, or you are gone...

And look, even Darren and Samantha Stephens (with Charles Bronson no less) were on that show as well, lol.

“Think what I want you to think, or you are gone...”

Exactly. Great episode. Cloris Leachman plays the mom, she’s really good, and the hubby is good too, but don’t know who that was.

Where can we watch this Decades channel?

I used to love the TZ.

But a few years ago I noticed they really made no sense, generally, and those that did had a liberal/left message.

I find it hard to watch now.

Best I can tell, Decades is not streamed on any platform, and OTA broadcast is spotty. Seems like in the past I watched the TZ marathon during new years weekend on Sy_Fy. Wish I could get Decades, however.
