Maybe someone here can tell me why my msn Hotmail account puts every one of my own emails in spam, no matter how many times I mark them “not spam”.

I bc myself for record keeping purposes.

My wife and I have a similar problem with Microsoft Outlook email. We constantly have emails going to spam including political, conservative, “sporting goods,” and even financial related emails. Some we cannot tag as not spam, but even when we can they still go to spam.

Had the same problem with Comcast mail. Found that there was a filter set to mark emails to spam. I unchecked the filter and the problem was cured. By do not remember where the filter was posted.

You may need to put your sending email in the Safe Senders list.

Settings (cog/gear wheel) > Use Search box to look for ‘Safe’ > Safe Mailing Lists
OR
Settings > View All Settings (bottom of list) > Mail (from left column > Junk Mail (from middle column) > Safe Senders and Domains
