He can mention that Joe seems to be very forgetful and sugfest that whoever he has as a VP will be the president in 2 years. Biden is a lying corrupt swamp dweller. Hit him as a career politician that has served in government for 40 years and never made a difference. Hit him with his quid pro quo making his corrupt son a millionare.
