ROFWL

A financially very successful Broadway play, loved by the Left elites, with many actor celebs using their notoriety from the play to spout their Left wing politics publicly, and now their own sheeple - the fools made into political tools - have discovered that Hamilton was a “bad guy” to whom no politically correct playwright would have given any effort to.

This is the phase of Animal Farm where the sheeple have been so well indoctrinated by their masters they can see the skeletons in their masters closets and condemn them for NOT being the pure revolutionaries they claimed to be.

And the really funny but terribly bad thing is, when these new revolutionaries take hold, they will be just as impure to their doctrines, as well as hypocritical, duplicitous and corrupt as those they now condemn. Why? When you are on the Left you can spout the Left’s doctrines and analysis as it has been indoctrinated into you, but Life shows you those doctrines are not true to reality, that reality does not bend to them, and over time, the honest ones realize they cannot bend to them either. Compromises begin to be made, and those who compromise are either condemned and exiled, or escape, or someday/somehow start charting ways to recover from the false doctrines of the Left.

David Horowitz is one such person. He began his politically activist life as a diehard Marxist in the 1960s. But he allowed reality to speak to him and his intellectual honesty made him search and analyze deeper the Marxist ideas he had followed, and he found them, on his own, to be false. Few of our Conservatives today understand the Left as well as does David Horowitz. His knowledge of them is intimate, having been part of them.

I read his autobiography “Radical Son” and he absolutely knows what he’s talking about with regards to the left.

If I recall, David Horowitz was fairly connected and radical. He recommended a friend to do the books for the Black Panthers. She found the books had serious irregularities and was found beaten to death and the perpetrators never found. I believe he took a decade out to rethink his life. His path to conservatism was a little more difficult than most, but he did ask an important question: Why did the movement he was in not support black churches instead of the violent black panthers? My belief is young oppression illusions are more attracted to violent outcomes. And it is not the morality nor the philosophy, just the physical nature of youth.

Yep. “Radical Son” is a must read for every conservative. Actually even more so for any intellectually honest liberal, though there aren’t many of those.
