The construction site of the Memorial to the Victims of Communism in Ottawa was vandalized over the weekend with someone writing “Communism will win” in spray paint on a fence surrounding it. There were also three pictures of the hammer and sickle symbol to accompany the writing.
The memorial is in recognition of Canada's "role as a place of refuge for people fleeing injustice and persecution, and honour the millions oppressed by communist regimes."
It is under construction in Ottawa and has been seen as controversial by some. Construction on the site started in November 2019.
This incident follows several similar cases of vandalism, which have occurred throughout North America in recent weeks—mostly involving controversial monuments and statues.
Communists are every bit as repugnant as neonazis and the same oath of opposition should be made.
If you side with Communism you side with despots who murdered 100,000,000 people. Far more evil than what the Leftist Communists and useful idiots are claiming the US has done.

It wins in the virtual reality of the MSM, the Academy, and other places where people produce words instead of things, and play with symbols and slogans.

It is. But the college college students for the past years and into the foreseeable future are infatuated with it. Now they are indoctrinated beginning in kindergarten through the PhD. level in college. Soon they will become then they will vote Communism in. Then once the Communist consolidate their power, they will kill the those who put them in power. They will not trust them not to betray them. A 9mm in the back of the head or several 7.62 x 39’s in the chest are solves that problem. There will always be an abundance of idiots to recruit from if needed. Back in Stalin’s day, the NKVD preferred the pistol bullet to the back of the head. The old hands jokingly called the “7 dram retirement”.

One has to be incredibly delusional, ignorant, or a pathological zealot to support Communism and to actually not know or admit that Marx was a lazy, parasitic, pinhead with daddy issues. Philosopher? No! Moronic narcissist? Yes!
Those who sprayed that probably believe they will be part of the communist elite class, exempt from the rules while basking in everyone else’s wealth.

What is going on in this country is directly the result of seeds sown by the KGB decades ago.
