Thanks for those updates. I need to kkep up. Did you see my earlier post on this thread. If Maxwell’s Indictment was Superceded, then there is a sitting Grand Jury “somewhere”.
After serious consideration for a considerable amount of time the court will accept en banc deliberation deliberately. The whole idea is for the DS to delay as much as possible in order to bring Flynn's dismissal dismally close to the election.
An acceptable alternative would be to force Prez DJT to pardon Flynn thus allowing the gang of grunts to forever declare Flynn's guilt. Our enemies represent pure evil. Don't look for honor or compromise from them.
