IMO this whole coronavirus epidemic is a sham. I wrote POTUS back in, I think May, and said he had been duped, that infectious cases would explode when he tried to open up (herd immunity); I think he felt pressured and is trying to correct the error. I heard one report that CDC was considering declaring COVID-19 no longer an epidemic due to the falling death rate per capita... if so, long lost in the storm front.

Compare this explosive mess to how 0bama handled H1N1; months of inaction followed by a tepid response. Herd immunity solved the problem just like the seasonal flu. Herd immunity is solving this 'epidemic' but you aren't likely to ever hear that.

I have been tested twice for coronavirus, neither time at my request, and negative both times. (I am a vulnerable person and take precautions.) I requested to be tested instead for antibodies but no joy. I had a suspicious episode during the holidays last year - you know, back before the virus reached our shores.

This is almost certainly a paste up by China and the Dems to defeat Prez Trump and return to the old status quo.

I posted my “covid” timeline on the Flubros thread yesterday.
In short; exposed, got sick, used anti-biotic as precautionary (Keflex), slathered vicks vapo-rub on and took tylenol.
Symptoms went away in 7 days.
Never requested test.
Never “stealth” tested.
I, too, am at risk (HBP, Diabetes II, CKD) but, hey, I don’t get tested for the flu when I get the flu.
And, I don’t get a seasonal flu shot.
