Another U.S. professor "with strong ties to China" has been arrested and charged with allegedly lying about his ties to the communist country.
Song Guo Zheng, who the Justice Department described as a "rheumatology professor and researcher," allegedly used more than $4.1 million in federal research funding to help advance China's capabilities with regard to rheumatology and immunology. The Justice Department alleges he then failed to disclose to the U.S. government that he held employment in China while conducting U.S. taxpayer-funded research as a researcher at multiple universities in the U.S., including Ohio State University.
A Google Scholars profile with the same name includes projects involving immunology research and lists several past employers, including the University of Southern California, Penn State University, and Ohio State University.

Zheng was arrested in May, but the indictment was only unsealed by the Justice Department on Thursday.
According to the government's announcement, Zheng was arrested in Alaska just after deplaning a chartered flight that had landed in Anchorage. Zheng was allegedly getting ready to board another chartered flight to China carrying "three large bags, one small suitcase and a briefcase containing two laptops, three cellular telephones, several USB drives, several silver bars, expired Chinese passports for his family, deeds for property in China, and other items."

Come on man!
China technically committed a ten-fold 9/11. All Chinese spies should be rounded up and hung like we did to saboteurs in WWII.
Then shoot him as a spy.
Bill China for the costs.
Execute him, treason.
They are on the CCP Dole.
ALL AMERICANS need to get out of China. Regardless of what their involvements are there. Like pre-war Japan in 1940-41, get out while you can. Get out now.

He’s got Granny Clampett’s Rheumatism medicine recipe
Most likely very good advice. Not that a lot of them will listen, but that’s on them.
Get him to talk. Tell the Chinese that he spilled all the beans. Then send him back to China so that they can convict him of treason.
The ones who won’t listen will whine and wail for government help after it’s too late.
Remember that suspicious death of a Chinese researcher in Pittsburgh a few months ago? Wonder what if any connection that has to this matter. Also it reminds me about the denied but not disproved story about Chinese researchers transferring viral materials from the Canadian lab to China several years ago. Weak and unconvincing denials have been issued a number of times, but they have the sound of a kid telling their parents, “I know the cookie jar is on the floor and my face is covered in chocolate, but it’s just a conspiracy theory that I ate the cookies.”
And some people say, yes, it’s just a conspiracy theory.

Whoa. What a story. Reeks of espionage. Get a rope.
Who doesn’t carry silver bars on an innocent trip back home?
“Song Guo Zheng”
Strong ties to China? No way, how do they know?
