Apparently it's in India (Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India)
I was hiking in a local park here in Tennessee, when a snake raised it's head up and flared it's neck.
I got a good look at it. Turns out an Eastern Hognose Snake can flare it's neck like a cobra.
