No DC jury will convict so long as he is not a Trump supporter. That in itself is a fatal crime.
Don’t be so sure. If he let’s a white jury he walks. If he gets a predominantly black jury they likely will convict. A jury in DC is often primarily black government workers and they won’t like these snot-nosed white p*issues tearing up DC.
