Yup. And they don't even have to go to trial. Hold 20 years over their heads and they'll plead to anything to get 5 weeks.

The price you pay for acceptance of gov’t sponsored student loans. The gov’t should have never gotten involved in student loans ..... when they did the gov’t had their access into colleges and universities. Many private colleges and universities don’t accept or process gov’t student loans.

Agree. Paying someone $50 to take your test has been a fact of life since forever. Are we to believe that, if given the right conditions, it rises to the level of a federal crime? There’s apparently way to many federal prosecutors and investigators.

Univ should just withdraw the darn diploma and be done with it.
