I thought he dropped out.
Yes, but that was over three days ago. This is now.
Actually Kanye West is no more unlikely of a candidate than H. Ross Perot was in 1992 - and with perhaps a similar effect of throwing the race to favor one candidate by a plurality over the other, at least in the popular vote. Candidate West may not win any electoral college votes, but can affect the race in perhaps several critical state ballots, by draining off the black voting bloc from the Democrats, thus denying them the margin they may have been depending upon.
Me too. This poor slob isn’t playing with a full deck.
Either that was some bad reporting after he merely failed to get on the FL ballot or else he pulled the fastest Ross Perot get back in the race in history.
SC is another state where it does nothing for us to have him on the ballot (if he makes it, the deadline for 10,000 sigs is tomorrow and SC is one of a few states with no write ins for President).
He’s on the ballot in OK. How? They added a “pay a filing fee” method so anyone who pays 35,000 can get on the ballot with no petition signatures necessary, he was joined by the Libertarian nominee (and 2 random independents) creating a very interesting race for third place.
Anyway at this rally in SC he said
1)Everyone who has a baby should get a million dollars
2)Weed should be free (we need his ass on the ballot in Colorado, it’s pretty easy to get on there I believe)
3)Displeased the crowd by saying Harriet Tubman only delivered the slaves to “working for other white people” in the north
