I know there’s been a USSC decision saying the polis are under know obligation to protect you. Malkin should still sue the city & the department on the grounds that they denied her & the rally goers of there civil rights (Freedom speech & Free Speech, etc). Sue in federal court get it out of local political influence. Also sue in civil court.

She & the event goers & organizer really need to explore the civil rights law suit option. If the shoe was on the other foot there would be an army of left wing civil rights attorneys filing multiple law suits as I type. They’ve shown us how to respond we need to respond in kind.

It will be immediately rejected. There have been *several* decisions.

All it will do is waste money on lawyers.

What she should do instead is run paid ads on local TV and targeted internet to promote her video of the event, discourage tourism and business, and watch how fast the locals start throwing people under the bus.
