Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban declared that the "National Anthem Police in this country are out of control," leading to a tense exchange on Twitter with Senator Ted Cruz, a Republican who represents Texas.
Cuban initially tweeted "Bye" on Sunday evening in response to a tweet from Mark Davis in which the Dallas-based conservative talk show host expressed enthusiasm about the Mavs but added he would no longer be a fan "the minute one player kneels for the anthem," suggesting Cuban could help guide the Mavs and NBA "to do whatever gesture they wish without insulting the nation."

(b) Conduct During Playing.— During a rendition of the national anthem—
(A) individuals in uniform should give the military salute at the first note of the anthem and maintain that position until the last note;
(B) members of the Armed Forces and veterans who are present but not in uniform may render the military salute in the manner provided for individuals in uniform; and
(C) all other persons present should face the flag and stand at attention with their right hand over the heart, and men not in uniform, if applicable, should remove their headdress with their right hand and hold it at the left shoulder, the hand being over the heart; and
“Systemic racism.” Which would explain why the fans in attendance do not mimic the complexions of the players on the teams. I wonder if Cuban “has the balls” as he said to Cruz to give free tickets to blacks and tell whites to pay hundreds/thousands for their privilege. Let’s see how many whites show then.

National Anthem Police Lives Matter!
God forbid anybody but leftist, minorities and LGBTQXYZers get offended by another's behavior. Mark, nobody is forcing your side to do anything. But if your side does certain things that offend people, don'y be surprised to be called out on it and people will act accordingly (not watch on TV, not go to games, not patronize sponsors).
Now if conservatives did something your side didn't like, you and others would act punitively with force, new laws, and/or label everyone a racist homophobe. In other words, Mark, STFU. You're clueless.
