In his role as ABC News’ Chief White House Correspondent, Jonathan Karl has helped tell the story of the Trump administration’s oversight of the United States. Now he and the news outlet are gearing up to tell the story behind the story.
ABC News will on Tuesday, July 28, at 9 p.m. unveil a “20/20” report that is three months in the making. “American Catastrophe: How Did We Get Here?” will give viewers a behind-the-scenes look at how the United States missed opportunities, warning signs and chances to prepare for the coronavirus pandemic, and interviews past and current U.S. officials in an attempt to figure out how the nation will proceed.
“This is the beginning of our reporting on the understanding of how we got here,” says Karl, in an interview Wednesday. “It’s a big step, but it’s a first step.”

Of course it will be a Trump hit piece. What do you think they will say about missed warning signs and all that? Of course it will conclude that Trump is completely to blame for everything with this virus. It will conclude that Trump, personally, completely mismanaged our federal response to this virus. There will be no blame assigned to state governors for their missteps in this situation.
I was infected last week, usual symptoms but when I lost smell and taste, plus chest congestion that was getting worse as the 3rd day of symptoms went on, I found a Dr who was knowledgable of HCQ + Zinc protocol.
This is the Dr I saw- He says he has had great success treating COVID-19
This scam of killing people so the Democrats can have a chance to win in NOV can be stopped at anytime. All it takes is for direction for Doctors to prescribe HCQ + Zinc and an antibiotic.
A five day drug treatment killed mine in it's tracks. By the 3rd day of treatment, I had my smell and taste back. When I completed the drugs, ALL of my symptoms were gone.
Find a Dr who will prescribe HCQ before you have symptoms. You are going to get it, the scumbag Democrats like Fauci cannot protect you indefinitely from infection!

Jon Karl, the one with the most obvious, bone-deep sorrow in his voice on election night as he said to George Steph., on ABC:
“It’s beginning to look like a Trump victory.”

I am sure they will cover how the Democrats hysterically screamed racism and tried to obstruct every step Trump took to restrict travel and close the borders, and pretty much every other step he took to deal with the virus. If they’d been successful in their attempts to stop him hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of people would have died.
No doubt that the single largest turning point was the Fauxi/media demonization of HCQ to get Trump and likely fill the Fauxi pal’s pockets.
I do not know IF it s just because ABC is only MSM network I occasionally watch because they have a local station in NH or they have gotten worse over the last few years.
They(ABC) certainly seem to be worse now than even CBS or NBC. I used to think CBS was the worst. Now it is ABC.
