A dead rioter is not simply one less rioter at the end of the day because people who might riot or loot will see what may happen to them; while, terrified victims results in more rioters or looters after every event because the rioters and looters start to imagine nothing will never happen to them.
Looting just becomes a different way to shop when looters are emboldened and rioting just a way to do politics when rioters feel invulnerable and even valued.
Waiting for the government to rescue you is foolish, they are only where they already are and youll be a victim before they get anywhere else.

Insurance companies should immediately cancel all property insurance policies in the area. This will cause mortgages that require the owner to maintain insurance to go into foreclosure. Property values will collapse, as will the tax base. Maybe they’ll start to figure it out?
