Washington is a 'Shall issue' state, so Seattle is a "Concealed carry community". I had a permit when I lived there a dozen years ago.

So I guess in Seattle that means, if you carry you have to keep it concealed all the time....
Does Washington have a Castle Doctrine law or Stand Your Ground law?
My state has both, plus Shall Issue CCW. Castle Doctrine here means that trespassing during hours of darkness assumes unlawful intent and can be met with deadly force.
If our governor or mayor ever say that “our police cannot be everywhere to protect you”, it means “look to your arms”.
I hope millions across America look at the government-caused horror in Portland and vote accordingly.
