Not to minimize the obvious implications here, but one thing no one seems to be talking about with regard to the Corona Virus. We closed schools. We closed youth centers. Churches. Theaters, Sporting events, entertainment centers. The malls have been closed. Many of the places where teens work in the summer have laid off or not hired younger workers. It’s summer. They are bored. They have very little option but to get into trouble.
