Consider this: make HCQ and Zinc Sulfate OTC drugs so those who develop a cough and/or a fever, pickup the meds and immediately start taking them. The first 72 hours are critical in stead of waiting a few days to see a physician and another week for test results, by then it is too late. PANDEMIC OVER..........................
