Apparently the Quercetin helps the cells absorb zinc.

Please don’t buy supplements on Ebay or Amazon.
Known counterfeits, per many reviews.
Use a reputable site, such as Vitacost or Swanson’s.
Even Walmart, Whole Foods, or your local grocer would be much more trustworthy.
